Season 39 First Quarter Power Rankings

The first quarter of the regular season has flown by, and as such it’s time once again for the Quarterly Power Rankings. This season there are a couple of new twists: I have decided to order the Rankings from 1-32 rather than 32-1 and I’ve also included a MWR update at the end. Here’s how things have shaped up in the first 25% of the calendar:
